I watched a little bit of the anime, and while it has its flaws and strays pretty far from the original plotline, it's still pretty good.

Pigtails are a bit large, then again, it always grows back in and out in the original, so you never know what's the real size. Her "right" pigtail are also too big because of the perspective you gave her. But for accuracy next time I would go for the official model sheets. *I show it to you in the forums noes?* [link]
Her hair clip should be kinda small, that looks like it's going over to the other side of her head.
I Follow the wand from one end to the other, it doesn't follow the perspective to the rest of the entire body of the wand. Best point to look at is the shape of the orb design at the end, and then look at the loop. It's like you turn the loop along with the orb closest to the loop around 30 degrees. Also the loop at the end crooked a bit to the right, and it no longer looks like an oval.
The string of hair that looks like it came from her ears. Should be in the front, not in the back. Assuming you are trying to go as close to the original as possible, because if I were to do it, I would definitely do what you did here.
Since she's in a profile shot, her "right" should shouldn't be visible because of her vest. Also, you made her right shoulder protector *I don't know what else to call them" bigger than her left.
The vest on her right side confused me a little bit because of the way you color it. IF the light source is coming from the right side, then there should be shading there.
The ring on her finger creeps up a bit too much, it would make more sense if it were to show only the side of the ring on that angle.
coloring:
Your base colors seems fine.
the only thing that bugs me is that your shadings are too soft, you need to make it more sharp, but not too sharp. And it also depends if it's her clothes or her skin tone that needs the sharp/soft shading. I'll show it to you if you want.
I must've missed a couple of weird things in there, but for the time being those are the ones that stand out the most for me. So try and fix those first.
Overall, pretty decent job. That background kicks are

The blue line down the middle is way off if thats what you're talking about. The gem at the end of the wand is supposed to be tear shaped so I think the persepective looks okay. If it is off, then its off by something like 0.000000001%.
>>The string of hair that looks like it came from her ears. Should be in the front, not in the back. Assuming you are trying to go as close to the original as possible, because if I were to do it, I would definitely do what you did here.<<
It is infront. Look on the full view, the lines go infront of the ears on both sides. The string on her left is sort of "floating" because I didnt want to busy her face up with too many lines. Placement may be off, again by about 0.0001%.
>>Since she's in a profile shot<<
Er, no.
>>her "right" should shouldn't be visible because of her vest.<<
They're visible on the reference art, although I may have done them too big and too wide apart.
I don't know what you mean about the colouring on her vest but I agree with all the other points.

OMFG
---[link] Look at her wand here, I know it's kinda small but you can see the way it's made pretty well. And now look at yours. You see what I meant where it turns as it goes from one end to the other. And it's not just that blue line.

---[link] That is pretty off, you put it on the end of her ear when it should be closer to the side burns.
"Er, no."
--You have her turn to her "right" around 30 degrees from the front view right?? that should be a profile shot, no matter how she's posed.
"They're visible on the reference art, although I may have done them too big and too wide apart."
--I think that's it, you have her "right" shoulder pops out too much where it should've been covered by her shoulder protector thing. [link]
--as for the coloring of her vest, [link] See how the vest is colored darker when it's behind their chest. That's what I meant, shade it in.
